7 Day Weight Loss Challenge


Are you ready to lose weight? This FREE challenge from Renee's Simplified Fitness will help you jump start your weight loss by taking baby steps to better nutrition and fitness in 7-days.


I created this FREE challenge to help you jump start your weight loss. I designed it in gradual steps so each day builds on the following day. It is like taking baby steps to better nutrition and fitness to challenge you each day. But, it’s gradual and shouldn’t feel like a big change when you start.
