Our summer has been filled with many different adventures.
Starting with Adventureland amusement and water park!
We went boating on the 4th of July.
Went to an Iowa Cubs game in the 102 degree heat.
Swim suits were a must at the game to cool down.
The game went 11 innings and on Friday's there
are fireworks after the game. Plus, the I-Cubs WON!
We bought our traditional dippin' dots.
Plus, we had great seats!
We are trying to grow grass in this drought of a summer.
It's coming in nice.
We stained the steps to the patio.
Using the Cedar naturaltone.
And we stained the Pergola.
I love our pergola, but it is taking too long to stain.
I will finish the rafters tonight.
(look how brown our grass is, yuck! We need RAIN!)
Stay tuned for some awesome duct tape projects.
They will keep the kids busy this summer.
Trust me I know, Sidney spent 4 hours, YES FOUR hours
making duct tape items. From flip flops to purses.
